We are the Brighton and Hove group of the national Ramblers. Walking and socialising in and around the South East of England.

Dear Walkers,

I am writing to you to ask for your help in advertising our annual sponsored walk.  I know that some of you have regular walks on a Sunday.  I would not want to disrupt walks that you have already organised!

However, I am hoping that some of your members may be interested in supporting us by participating in our walk. It really is a lovely route - along the tow-path on the western side of the Adur to Beeding, then crossing and returning along the other bank.  On your return to the Airport we provide free tea and sandwiches. The distance is about nine and a quarter miles, although estimates vary!  Many walkers also stop for refreshment in one of the enticing pubs at Upper Beeding.

There is further information about our Centre in the letter attached (link below).

With best wishes,

Jill Brookes,

Trustee, Sussex MS Treatment Centre
