This 9 mile walk starts in Bramber, near the castle, and follows the winding Adur river into Small Dole. The walk then continues through farmland & woods before we ascend onto the South Downs at Edburton. We will stop here for our picnic lunch, with a stunning 360 degrees view. After lunch, the walk continues along Truleigh Hill before descending back down to the river & returning to Bramber. The gradient is gently undulating with one steep, but short, climb. There may be a bit of mud in places.
Please take cars to the Level at 10am. I will be at the start, in Bramber car park (free parking) for a 10.30 start. I hope to see some of you there!
