Please support this annual walk for men or boys on behalf of the Martlets Hospice (they have a much bigger event for women only earlier in the year)It's 13 miles starting at the Sussex County Ground along the seafront to Saltdean and back. You can register online at www.themartlets.org.uk/noon.As well as the hospice the Martlets also provide end of life support for people in their own homes. I am very grateful for the support my wife and I received in her last few months.Thanks
