CUCKFILED WALK SUNDAY: IMPORTANT CHANGE OF BRIGHTON MEETING PLACE
Due to the Brighton Marathon closing a number of streets on Sunday 6 April, the meeting place will now be at the rear of Brighton Station at 9.30. Meet at drop off point by the back of the station (towards the Car Park and the Jury's Inn) and drive out of Brighton via Dyke Road (as London Road is closed all the way beyond Preston Park). Please bring a car if you can. Leader will meet everyone at the start of the walk.
Parking at start of walk could be a problem at the recreation ground if games are being played so please park on road from Esso station up to recreation ground or at the rugby club car park further on (if spaces are available). We will meet at the Dinosaur Stone on the grass just beyond the recreation car park for a 10.15-10.30 start. Please bring walking poles as some downhill parts could be a little steep and slippery, depending on how much rain we have had. Looking forward to seeing you all, Caroline
