BAHR walking with MP's

The evening walk with Caroline Lucas was a great success.  Over 40 members turned out, and most took the opportunity to chat to our local MP.   She was particularly receptive to Ramblers’ concerns about the completion of the England coastal path, and has promised to raise this with the government.  She also took on board our concerns about local footpath maintenance.

Walks with our other two MPs, in their respective constituencies, have now also been finalised, as follows:

• Saturday 21 September: four-mile Hangleton circular with Mike Weatherley MP

• Friday 4 October: four-mile Roedean circular with Simon Kirby MP
