Dear Ramblers Members,
South West Sussex group are organising a publicity stand at this show: Autumn Event - Sat 11th and Sun 12th October 2014 - at Weald and Downland Open Air Museum.
Linda Green-Bould and Paul Bould are the event organisers.
We desperately need volunteers and your support.
Please can I ask for volunteers (travel expenses can be claimed for and we get free entry of course) to turn up over this weekend above to give a few hours of their time to meet visitors and give out literature and support SW Sussex group.
Linda and Paul will arrange the equipment although will of course welcome any help on this front, otherwise you just need to turn up. This will really help us all out. It is not a lot to ask and we need to work as one across Sussex if we can.
