This Thursday's walk offers a combination of beautiful woodland scenery and great views over the Downs, with some bluebells thrown in. It could be a bit muddy, so be prepared! To reach the Dover Lane car park, from the A27 towards Arundel take the U-turn after Hammerpot, marked Worthing and Brighton, and then it's the first on the left, as indicated. Refreshments afterwards at The Fox, Patching (please note that this pub is a switch from the advertised programme). The weather looks promising, so I look forward to plenty of good company!
