This is a lovely circular walk of 9.5miles from Shoreham town centre, following the river Adur to Upper Beeding where we will have lunch at The Kings Head, or instead, bring a picnic. We will then walk along the South Downs back to Shoreham with some fantastic views on the way. 

The A259 coast road in Brighton is shut this Sunday morning for the Bton 10k run but this should not affect the 700 bus leaving from Churchill Square, Stop D,  at 10:04am or the train that leaves Brighton station at 10:00 and arrives and Shoreham-by-sea Station at 10:15
