Hi folks! I hope you can join me on Sunday for a circular 10.5 mile walk on the Downs from Patcham to Pyecombe via Chattri, Lower Standean, North Bottom and Ditchling Beacon.
Walk starts at 10.15am from the top of Braypool Lane, Patcham, Brighton BN1 8ZH, just off the A27 by the junction with the A23. Park at the side of the no-through road. If you are able to offer a lift or are looking for a lift from Preston Park Rose Garden at 10am, please post a message either here or on the Meet Up site.
Lunch at the Plough at Pyecombe at 1.30pm or picnic at the Church nearby. Please let me know asap if you want a pub lunch- I have booked a table for 12 and have 4 spaces left but might be able to add a couple more if they have space. The menu is here and they also do roasts. I will post details of the roasts towards the end of the week and then will phone in orders at the start of the walk.
