If anyone gets really really hot when out walking in the summer, I purchased these as I knew that the South Coast Mighty Hike would be a killer- they were fabulous and I'll be wearing them out on a Sunday for the rest of the summer!

We'll be hardy ramblers at the start and a bit useless at the end as it is 26 miles from Brighton Racecourse to Eastbourne, with the Seven Sisters kicking in at about 18 miles! One thing's for sure; we'll start as a team and finish as a team. If you would like to sponsor any of us, please click on the individual page for team mates who have further to…

Hi all, a couple of ramblers have said that they would like to sponsor me doing the South Coast Mighty Hike for Macmillan on 10th June and asked if I could send them the link to do it. I thought I would let you know that another rambler, who is lovely, Ziggi, is also doing the walk. We won't be doing it together as we are in separate groups and she starts an hour earlier. I doubt that I will catch her knowing how fast she gets up a hill!
It's a fantastic cause and a pretty long…

Apologies everyone- cancelling is a first for me! …
