This Sunday's 20-40's ramble takes us to the beautiful village of Rottingdean via Woodingdean. This is a half day walk which finishes either at or after lunch in the village. For those fresh and fit enough to continue, one can do the part along the undercliff to the Palace Pier.
Don't bring vehicles. Look forward to your company, old and new.
My good friend, Nick Malyon, has once again come to my aid by pointing out that the walk I'm not able to lead is in fact the Beachy Head walk linear from Burling Gap not Rottingdean as I mistakenly advised in yesterday's announcement.

Sadly I shan't be able to lead next Sunday's walk to Rottingdean via Elm Grove and Woodingdean due to unforeseen circumstances.
It is a very straightforward walk which can be a full or half day affair if some kind person would like to fill in for me.
Owing to the significance of the weekend I'm doing my walk to Rottingdean via the Racecourse and Woodingdean. Have decided to make it a morning- only ramble so those who come on the walk can get back to enjoy the Jubilee celebrations if they wish.
