Looking forward to catching up with BAHR ramblers on Sunday. Walk is six miles through pretty fields and woods. I will meet everyone at the start, west side of Staplefield Common, at 11.00. Those coming from Brighton please arrange lifts with car sharers. Lunch either at the Victory Inn or picnic on common, followed by live music at The Jolly Tanners starting at 4.00pm. Hi all, my walk has been shortened (due to rain and slippery paths) to 5 miles in woodland and fields around Cuckfield. Optional lunch at The Talbot or tea in a choice of three tea rooms at the end of walk. I will meet everyone at Whitemans Green for a 10.45 start and hope car drivers will be at The Level at 10.00 to bring anyone who needs a lift. Looking forward to walking and seeing everyone again after three months out.
