Ever thought about leading a Ramblers walk? Not quite sure what it involves? Worried about getting lost? Need a bit of support with leading your first walk? Join us for an evening of fun walk planning with sandwiches, tea and coffee (courtesy of BAHR, thank you) on Monday 13th January 2014 7.30-9.30pm at the Lord Nelson pub, Trafalgar Street Brighton - just 2 minutes from Brighton Station and a nearby car park.

BAHR are looking for new walk leaders and need your support to lead walks for our ever popular and growing club. We put on over 100 walks a year for all our three age groups and new leaders are required to continue the great work of the club.

At the new leaders walk planning evening you will:
1. Be given a choice of walks that you could lead between March and June 2014
2. Be given help and advice on what you need to do as a walk leader
3. Be introduced to a Walk Buddy who will help you plan and lead your first walk
4. Find out lots of useful information and helpful tips like checking where you are, exactly!

The evening is open to all groups (20s-40s, 40-50s, Main Group, Thursday Walkers etc) but you do have to be a member of The Ramblers and bring along your membership card or number.

We have just 6 places for new leaders so let us know if you would like to come along by emailing njdodds@btinternet.com with your Ramblers Membership number. First come first served.
