Join me on a circular walk in the countryside surrounding Horsted Keynes and Chelwood Gate. The route follows alongside a short section of the Bluebell Railway and the Sussex Border Path before passing through Grinstead Wood and Stumblewood Common. Choice of picnic lunch or meal at the Red Lion (I have only 1 place left at the pub). Returning afterwards via the south western corner of the Ashdown Forest and Newnham's Wood.
I will meet everyone at the starting point.
A couple of points for Sunday:
I need to start the walk on time so please give yourselves enough time to get to the start - I will not wait for latecomers.
This is a moderate walk so a reasonable level of fitness is required.
