Why no long walk?

Posted on April 7, 2013 at 7:30 1 Comment

Hello

Unless I missed it somehow, I cannot see a long walk on the programme this year.

Never mind, a couple days ago I spotted a poster outside the Queen Alexander Hospital Home asking for participants in the Just Walk Charity Challenge.

I'm just about decided to enter for the 60 km walk (other shorter/more sensible distances are available), but I thought I would first ask if any people have any comments/experience of the event?

That was a great walk - thank you Clair and Claire.

Two versions to view the route of the walk:

Group Leader Name on Walks - Quick Tip

Posted on October 20, 2011 at 21:00 0 Comments

It was mentioned on a recent walk that the Walks Programme on here does not mention the leader's name - which is correct.

But, if you click on Docs and then select the walks programme newsletter, then you can see who's when.

Hi Ian

I don't know if I have done this reply correctly but it might be best if you e-mail Peter Hands yourself as I do not often see him myself as he rarely comes on Thursdays.

His e-mail is odgins396@yahoo,co,uk
